As the owner of his company and a DJ as well, Charlie Kidd has always had a deep appreciation and love for music. Being raised in the most eccentric city of Brooklyn, New York and having bought his first set of turntables at the age of 11. Prior to DJing, Charlie Kidd was raised with the gift of music and was taught to play many instruments such as the Piano, Guitar, Drums, and Bass. He has been in the DJ industry for over 12 years. He is very versatile and well rounded as a DJ. In that, he has engaged in a variety of working with telecast such as Sopranos, Bridezilla for WE television and my Super Sweet Sixteen for MTV. His versatility allows him the opportunity to DJ for local radio stations and be most innovative to transfuse his own mixes. He has worked really hard in building his brand and now well known name of Charlie Kidd, but it does not end there.
Charlie Kidd has also dedicated his time to a few good causes for St. Jude’s hospital fundraisers and The Autism Foundation. Many DJ’s tend to follow the alluring trend of playing only massive tunes with minimal appeal, DJ Charlie Kidd sets himself apart from the pack by hand-picking tunes that would relate with a variety of people. He hopes to take his passion to the next level by sharing his love of music.
